	<item><title>Changes Made to Weekly Services Spreadsheets</title><description>&lt;p&gt;To better assist site administration staff to process payments from the Employment Pathway Fund relating to Additional Services, Professional Services &amp;ndash; Psycholofist, and Professional Services &amp;ndash; LifeSkills, a small change has been made to the Weekly Record&amp;nbsp;spreadsheets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A column has been added to the spreadsheets to indicate the site the job seeker is attached to. This is for the use of LifeSkills, Psycholigist and Reverse Marketing consultants who assist job seekers from sites other than their own site.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please ensure you create your next Weekly Record spreadsheet (for week starting 17 August) from the updated version spreadsheets located on the DR Intranet.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;ECs should now create the JRT Invoice and EPF Approval&amp;nbsp;when the job seeker in COMMENCED&amp;nbsp;on ESS in the JRT activity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(Not when you refer the job seeker as Estimated to Start)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The job seeker commenced into Stream 2 services in July 2009 with the goal of completing his trade certificate in boiler making. While his dream job was welding, he was happy to consider any type of employment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After nine interviews and a couple of work trials the job seeker gained an Apprentice Boiler Maker position however this did not work out. Janine encouraged the job seeker to continue to apply and attend interviews and helped pick up his confidence again while Willie kept looking for other work opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In February 2010, Willie obtained a Welding position and the job seeker commenced into full time employment working 38 hours each week and now earning $1060 per week. The result is one very happy ex-job seeker and a 13 week Full OutcomeBrokered!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Congratulations to Janine, Willie and the job seeker who gained their success&amp;nbsp;through persistence&amp;nbsp;and continuing to work towards their employment goal.&lt;/p&gt;
